[Asterisk-video] H263 (NOT H263+) mp4 hinting

I may be wrong, but as far as I know, the original h263 was done in 1996.
Shortly after they figured that the protocol needed more features and
in 1998 come up with the updated version. The same in 2000.
I think h263+ reffers to both 1998 and 2000.

app_mp4 works fine with h263 as long as you use mp4save to record it
and mp4play to play it.
I can convert a video to mp4 / h263 using ffmpeg, but I have no way to
genetate the hinting tracks for it, therefore I am not able to play it
back using mp4play :(
