[Asterisk-video] app_mp4 problems

Hey Klaus :)

Could you send me the ffmpeg string you used? Would be fun to see..
Because the few times I´ve tried with FFmpeg it does´nt really look
nice..

On the other hand.. what resolution are you running now? The default
hardcoded in the app_mp4 module?
