Ok, I will try to force linphone to send an intra frame by sending a
reinvite message,
maybe it works.

I can play a saved video with vlc. Linphone can't play it until I
transcode it with ffmpeg
from H263-1998 to h263-2000. Maybe just the hint is wrong or something
like that.
