[Asterisk-video] amr sound support for app_rtsp and h324m?

Hi Klaus!

Try adding this to the mimeTypes-Array in app_rtsp.c:
{ AST_FORMAT_AMR, "AMR"},

This works for me, but audio is still asynchronous to the video.
