[Asterisk-video] h236++ and amr-nb support

I would like to have support for these formats included in my asterisk box.
Pass-through should be enough for now.
Transcoding would be nice for audio (amr to lin) later on.

Any help is appreciated.
I posted the same questions in #asterisk-dev but didn't get far.
Trying the videocaps branch now, but not successful.
It keeps crashing at the very beginning of the call. (I don't even get sip
debug output).

I hope someone hears my cry for help...
