[Asterisk-video] h324m_call - extensions.conf

Hi all,
can you help me in the configuration of the asterisk dialplan in order
to execute the function h324m_call properly ?
I tried the following configuration:

extension.conf

[sip_out]
exten => _0X.,1,Dial(mISDN/1/${EXTEN})
exten => _0X.,2,h324m_gw(start at videocall)
exten => _0X.,3,Hangup()

[videocall]
exten => start,1,h324m_call()

Did someone try to "videocall" a mobile phone with this function?
If so, which video softphone was used?
