[Asterisk-video] (no subject)

hi
    this is sabana,
    i m using asterisk 1.2.12 and eyebeam softphone.when i record the message with video it creates two files .wav file and .h263 file. when i play the wav file i m able to hear it but i m not able to see the video and i tried playing .h263 file in many players but not successfull..... please help
