You cannot play directly the video files generated by Asterisk.
The .h263 is a no standard format (headers + Payloads + H263 video).
Try using FFasterisk (http://products.i6net.com) to convert the (wav+h263) files
to a MOV or 3GP file.
You can use the application app_mp4 (http://sip.fontventa.com) to record mp4
files, they have been supported by the player VLC.
