[Asterisk-video] app_mp4

Hi Guys,

i'm alittle stuck at the momentm trying to convert a mp4 file app_mp4
has saved down for me with G711 audio, to a mp4 file with mp3 audio. 
The issue I'm getting is that the audio get's double the speed of the
video.
I've tried  useing ffmpeg to do this. Does anybody know of a tool 
wich does this in a decent way, wich also runs on linux?

Or for the other sake.. does anybody have a working ffmpeg string wich I
can use?
