[Asterisk-video] French Howto

Hi,

I have working on a howto for install Asterisk 1.4.15 and 3G video
support with a debian from scratch with mISDN support. If some people
want to translate to english, you're welcome ;-).

For Sergio, if you want a French number for demo, it's possible.

For french people or other want to comming, i have planned to make an
asterisk party for video on February at Paris. You can find more
