[Asterisk-video] fixed AMR in h324m_gw

ok - I just found out that the Windows binaries of VLC do not support AMR.

update:

quicktime: no video nut AMR works
VLC: video but no audio (VLC does not support AMR on windows)
Nokia Multimedia Player: does complain about the file. When I remove the 
video track, the audio is played back fine.

Thus I guess AMR support in app_h324m and app_mp4 is fine now.
Video is not perfect yet - it only works with app_h324m and VLC.
