I'll create one this weekend for adding the rtp mime times and formats
for h263-2000 an amrnb and amrwb.
Do I create it for branch 1.4 or trunk?? I said this because in the trunk
branch there is no support for video on chan_sip, so it's difficult to test 
anything..
