[Asterisk-video] - changed h324m_loopback: - by default loop back video AND audio -

btw: yes - I know I have change the default behavior, but IMO by adding 
the options this should be ok because there are not many users out there 
which use h324m yet and having a loopback function with audio too was 
IMO necessary.
