[Asterisk-video] app_rtsp fix for vlc

Hello Sergio,
just to let you know I was able to stream to a Nokia 6630 a video in h263 format, using Asterisk, app_rtsp, vlc and isdn bri; vlc takes the input from the webcam of my Vaio notebook and creates an h263 rtsp stream, which is connected to Asterisk through app_rtsp; I was also able to watch this stream with a linux/linphone softphone (http://www.linphone.org) and a windows/x-lite softphone (http://www.counterpath.com).

Asterisk 1.4.10.1, libpri 1.4.1, zaptel 1.4.4.
Misdn 1.1.5 with a Billion bri card (http://www.beronet.com).
Latest versions of libh324m, app_h324m and app_rtsp.
