Hi Dome,

you can get the needed patch, together with instructions upon how to build and 
configure the whole thing, on http://confiance.sf.net.
In some older posts (e.g. 
http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-video/2007-June/000752.html) 
you'll find some step-by-step guide to test the videomixing functionality.
