[Asterisk-video] Cheapest way to setup a H324M gateway

In europe yes as all telco are generally interconnected to exchange ISDN
calls (using SS7 / ISUP)

In other countries I would not be so sure. As for international ISDN
call, I don't have the answer but would be curious to know.
