[Asterisk-video] Cheapest way to setup a H324M gateway

My prototype would at least able to be tested with a
real handset on a real mobile network. Unfortunately,
I am not working for telcos and do not have any 
connectivity to their network. Therefore, I am looking
for a UMTS-to-ISDN device which I can connect to the
ISDN card.

BTW, would both BRI or PRI types of ISDN card work
with h324m?
