h263 stands for h263-1996 (rfc 2190) and h263+ is h263-1998/2000 (rfc 2429).
We should test the three of them, but I think that the priority is h263-1998
as
in theory we can handle it correctly, h263-1996 after that because we can
only record
it and no mp4 creator can hint it, and last h264, that we could try to
support, at least
saving all the payload into the hint track.
