i am preety interested in video devlopent for asterisk i realy want to
contribute something from my end in this are

i have worked quite a lot on VoIP but video is pretty new to me

can you give me some good links wherein i can learn about these topics
whaich you have mentioned

Video on hold (streaming)
- Video prompts for IVRs
- T.140 text in addition to video
- Integration with 3G video
- Video conferencing

and then start contributing code from my end
