[Asterisk-video] 3G-324M video stack

Hi jens.
One more time, implementing the H324M for asterisk is not very easy since the H324M has to be in the lib PRI/BRI/SS7..... everywhere you could get the B channel.
Also, implementing H324M for asterisk would deal with AMR-NB which is under license... So legally not easy to do!
I have currently something working with asterisk. I can receive calls without any problems from a 3G phone and a SIP video softphone (eyebeam). But releasing it would be complicated because of those licenses problems.
