[Asterisk-video] 3G-324M video stack

I know somebody who already did this.
Afaik it depends on the hardware on the other side of the link.
It seems to be a rather simple task, he provided me with the details,
but was unable to sell the solution as he developped it in house for a
carrier.
(but he might be available for paid consultancy on how to do it)
