Actually you have openwengo ( www.openwengo.com) You can change the parameter of the classical one, the Next Generation needs some change for being able specify the SIP parameters but you have for both the source code... It uses FFMPEG...

I have been tasked with setting up video conferencing utilizing asterisk. One of the requirements is a softset that has video conferencing capabilities. Eyebeam looks promising but I was just wondering if anyone out there knows of any freeware with comparable features of Eyebeam that they have used successfully with Asterisk.
