[Asterisk-video] Asterisk and video contents for 3G network

3G H324M has H263 (profile level 0 I think) and gsm amr as mandatory codecs. 
There are also terminals that offer g723 and MPEG4 support.

Can you confirm that 3G (H324M) handle the video with H263/H263+ codec ?
If Asterisk could play video contents, this should be in H263/H263+/H263 format/codec.
