Average call hold time, common (or uncommon destinations) etc. If
you see a destination that suddenly has a lot of calls with hold
time below normal, there may be a call quality problem.<br>

TPC (the phone company) has used statistical troubleshooting
techniques for decades to keep quality up so customers don't have
to complain, not to mention for sizing.<br>
