<p dir="ltr">If the OpenVox card can supply the voltage, then it will a configuration option (probably in hardware, like some jumpers) of the card itself.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I was going to point you to the Xorcom Astribank, which I know supplies the required voltage. </p>

    Just checked if the BT Versatility takes or not the voltage from the
    NT-1 and it does! So the problem looks really this!<br>

    Can you point me to how supply voltage to the PBX while I'm waiting

            Hi, it seems have problem with physical issue layer 1, first
            check wiring connection, by the way  you can check with card
