Using the FreePBX, after I added the extension from the GUI, I discover that it is automatically added in the extensions_additional.conf in the context [ext-local] and [from-did-direct-ivr]<br>

FreePBX uses these context names for a reason, it's usually not a good idea to just change them. However, depending on what you want to do, you may be able to do something in the extensions_custom.conf file...<br>
