You only need to tell your PHP script to write a .call file on
/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/ directory using the syntax described
here:<br>

I'm not a PHP programmer, so the PHP part is up to you hehe.<br>

There are other methods like using manager, but to keep it simple, I
recommend you to use .call files.<br>
