You can find flite packages in the Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux<br>
(EPEL) repo ( <a href="http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL" target="_blank">http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL</a> ).<br>
To install that repo read here:<br>
<a href="http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/FAQ#Using_EPEL" target="_blank">http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/FAQ#Using_EPEL</a><br>
To install flite and its header files u just have to run:<br>
yum install flite flite-devel<br>

The other option (in case u dont want to use 2rd party repos) is to<br>
download the source of flite, compile it and install it.<br>
