Hello,<br><br>I'm using AsteriskNow. Asterisk version is 1.6.2.15 and FreePBX 2.7.0.0<br><br>Is there anyway to play prerecorded agent intro-speech (like "Hello, my name is ....") to outside caller when agent picks up?<br>
