Great suggestion but unfortunately for this client a proven technology is needed and we don't mind paying a bit for it so once the time is available we might do this the way you suggested.

but it is very simple to use Apache/Ajax to make AMI links to launch calls from
anywhere. I would invest 30-240 minutes into this method before bothering with
the other stuff that is out there. Also, will make it easier when you
eventually jump to 1.8/1.10.</span></font></div>
