I agree with you and suggest you to use CLI command via AMI, for example "Command core show channels"<div><br></div><div>I prefer CLI commands when they are available, as they return an aggregate response as compared to AMI you do not need to filter, identity, and group multiple responses / events to get result of a single command!</div>
