Sorry, I am a newbie to this concept. Can you please briefly explain how it is possible to watch TV channels using a video phone by just dialing a number. Is there any website links that you can share with me on this subject ? . Thanks for your interest in this matter.<br>

That idea could go two ways, dial a number and get audio, or dial a<br>
number with a video phone and watch the channel. The video phone idea<br>
sounds like it'd be neat to use.<br>
