<p>I am using zaptel. And this is the issue that I can't let zaptel see it. But I was able to see it few days ago and it was all related to the settings on aculab, which are very complex.<br></p>

the DAHDI drivers in Asterisk if you can get dahdi.conf to see it. Obviously
doing a dahdi_cfg –vv will show you the Asterisk part of the equation,
