<div>It really depends on how large your CC will be and how much money is at stake. :-)<br></div><div>We have a lot of clients who are very satisfied with small call centers based on FreePBX or Trixbox CE. Of course I would not implement a 500-seats call center out of a standard CD. </div>

Dear all, I need to build a PBX based on Asterisk for a call center. I<br>

is another version called Trixbox PRO -specially Call Center edition-<br>
that's not free but has got more features like ACD and billing.<br>

I've heart about AsteriskNow and I know it's free.<br>

What distribution/version do you recommend to me in order to implement<br>
a call center and taking into account I'm not an expert in programming<br>
from Asterisk CLI ???<br>
