I've always thought 'send a fax with a cover sheet' to a general<br>
number was good enough.<br>

As for the rest of it, you can convert a tiff from SpanDSP into a PDF<br>
using a linux utility like tiff2pdf, and it's your call how best you<br>
want to set up an automail utility.<br>
