Thanks for your response cause I really need the answer of my problem,<br>yes I made a mysql database that cdr data is being saved there. but I checked config files, there is no cdr_mysql.conf file cause we use cdr_odbc file. in cdr_odbc there is not any setting for user field. we also set in cdr_custom to put data in userfield but userfield is empty. <br>
