I personally find the snom phones to be generally ugly and "un-finger-friendly", in terms of reliability and quality, never had any trouble, good phones all in all, i just can't get past the tacky look and feel so don't buy them.<br>

The Polycom 320/330's are nice little phones for the price.<br>
<br>
There are several resources for configuring the phones from the XML<br>
config files. If the config files are sane, the phones don't take that<br>
long to reboot.<br>
