touchscreen friendly GUI (bigger buttons, large keypad, etc...) ?<br>

I like Ekiga, but GUI is small and cannot be operated via touchscreen... But<br>
maybe there are some skins for existing clients that are more touchscreen<br>
friendly ?<br>
