Hello,<br>Thanks for your reply!<br>I want to confirm that any other things can cause this freeze issue or not,<br>and how can we prevent this such case.<br>If asterisk got freeze regarding the down connection time with dns server, but when it is able to access then asterisk will resolve this freeze issue itself or we have to setup some preventions for that.<br>

Doesn't matter if you have set it up or not Asterisk needs DNS. I<br>
haven't checked the code but I think it even does reverse lookups on<br>
IP addresses. If you haven't got a reliable DNS server available for<br>
Asterisk I suspect you're always going to get issues.<br>
