If the line is answered within the timeout, the call is considered dropped before answering.<br /><br />(You might ask why I didn't use dring detection - it doesn't work if you are also working with caller ID in the UK.)<br /><br />As for detecting it after answer, I am not sure it's possible. Nor, sadly, is it possible to determine that the line is in use, as far as I know, if the use does not go through asterisk.<br /><br />
