in this whole thread are we missing a subtle difference? that being the difference between inter vs. intra office. when your wan connectivity drops I'd expect your INTERoffice (from one office to another) calls to fail. INTRAoffice (within the same office) calls should work though.<br>

We had an outage from our ISP this afternoon that cut prevented us from connecting<br>

the office stopped working as well? Why is that, and how can I set this up so phones<br>
