Hello,<br><br>When an incoming call is not not answered within a 15 secons timeframe, a customer of mine asked me to forward it to a group of several callees.<br>I did this using Dial(SIP/101&SIP102&SIP/103).<br><br>
The trouble is that sometimes, two callees would both answer almost at the same time.<br>For the first one, he would talk with caller as usual.<br>For the second callee, strange feelings remain as he may know the call is a general call but still, he may wonder why he wasn't able to talk to caller : is it because someone else was quicker to pick the call ? is the caller that hanged up ? is it an error from telephony system.<br>
<br>How would you try to improve User Interface ?<br><br>I was thinking of something like :<br>"when someone tries to answer to a general call (ringing simultaneously several extensions), he would either talk to caller or hear a recorded message telling someone else was quicker".<br>
