The one thing I've noticed with the latest firmware I've tried (5.2.5) is that the speaker phone quality is improved quite a bit (full duplex) but it's very quiet, even turned all the way up.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

</div>For what it's worth, some of the later firmware updates have seemed to<br>
help the speakerphone quality on the Linksys phones. You may want to<br>
check to see that you're running the latest firmware.<br>
