The plea was a deal worked out between the DOJ and my attorney which was good because I signed my plea on Sept. 4th 2001. If you try to fight the DOJ you will not win. That plea was the only way to settle the issue without a trial. All I did was click edit in frontpage and alert them of anonymous publishing priv. were on their servers and they called the FBI and three days later our office was raided.
