incoming lines.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I can make a call to the extension on this card
with no problems.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>However, when I try and call out I just get a busy
signal.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I also get an error message (as shown at the
