What kind of phone are you using? some devices which connect you pstn phone to voip network have their own special dtmf keys defined inside their configuration to perform special actions, maybe thats your problem. also check for your dtmf setting. dtmf settings should be same on both sides.

Actually, it turns out that sometimes I can't get ANY DTMF to work. I can<br>call a local phone number and log into my voicemail system at work. But my<br>wife is unable to dial a toll free number and use their IVR. Hope this
