Hello all,<br>i need to inform the agents of a queue on how many users are waiting<br>is it possible to send after the caller id, the number of callers waiting in a queue?<br>i mean, i need to find what variable store the queue position and append it to the info sended during a call to the ip phone display, but i was unable to find it.
