Perhaps this is a user error then.<br><br>I get the first call, press hold. Second call comes in, I press hold. Then I scroll thru the calls on hold, hit transfer then hit the speed dial or dial extension. Thats wrong I take it? Can you show me the call process then on how to transfer calls if this wrong?? Im setting up a mock lab here in a few minutes to test some more myself!
