web interface to control my zap agents. Allowing them to do conferences and
transfers. I am familiar with flash operator panel but am unsure of how I would
set it up to allow the agent, caller, to dial another number and have a three
way conference. I have setup features.conf to do a attended transfer but can't
figure out how to make it three-way.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
