<div>I found the solution to my problem. Actually it was spinlock.h file in /usr/src/kernels/2.6.9-34.0.1.EL-smp-i686/ as described in <a style="COLOR: blue; TEXT-DECORATION: underline; text-underline: single" href="http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?p=22935&">
<font face="Tahoma">http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?p=22935&</font></a>. Fixed it, and everything went smooth after that.</div>
